Sound Bath with Francesca Hogi
HerHealing Community was launched October 2019! We found deep relaxation and connected with our bodies in an inspiring way with the help of sound healing.

We experienced an Alaiyo Waistbead tying ceremony, learned about mindful fasting, and connected with other women discovering their authentic selves.
Guided Meditation with Maryam Javanbakht
This was a guided imagery class designed to relax your mind and nervous system in order to allow your imagination to guide you to your most calm, balanced and rejuvenated self. Using all five senses, participants were guided and encouraged to allow themselves to explore ideas, feelings, and thoughts. Participants will became more attuned and attentive to their “inner selves” as the noise of the day fell to the side.
Aromatherapy with Ariana Gouveia
We discovered the benefits of Aromatherapy while Arianna Gouveia brought together her love of self healing and transformation through moving meditation, with the mood enhancing high vibrations of pure Essential Oils, to guide us through a process of connecting to our senses, releasing stuck energy, and implementing healthy lifestyle hacks that radically enhance our life and well being.
Restorative Yoga with Laura Rebecca
We discovered the benefits and meditative practice of Restorative Yoga. We also learned how to practice this form of yoga at home.
Art Therapy with Lynn Bathke
This was an afternoon of drawing and painting with a focus on color theory and mixing. We worked with each other to learn about line, form, light and color. Art can help us heal and allow us to express our thoughts and emotions.
Purpose & Intention with Monica Henderson
We gained tools to discover our purpose and achieve our goals. We created vision boards, turning our hardships into beautiful and strong Oak Trees.
Dance Healing Practices
This session focused on mood enhancing movement phrases. The focus of these phrases were to get out of the mind and fully into the body. These practices are all about relief, release, and rejuvenation. We discovered how dance can be healing to the body by releasing physical tension and anxiety through movement.
Aromatherapy & Qigong Meditation
Aromatherapy and Qigong Meditation practices to support the immune system as well as protecting and strengthening your mind, body, and spirit! In this workshop, we learned applied qigong techniques, combined with direct application and inhalation of specific essential oils on the body, to clear the aura and the chakras, create a sphere of energetic protection around us, and elevate and strengthen our chi to keep our immunity high during these times. We incorporated positive affirmations to further support these high vibrations.
Lampley Fitness Lab Full Body HIIT
This high intensity interval training workout class that helped us increase our energy, tap into our strength, and unleash our mental and physical power. This session showed us how building our mental and physical strength benefits our overall health. We experienced a purposeful and intentional workout and felt the benefit of movement and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Art Therapy
We got creative and turned our old belongings into something new. This art form allowed us to practice shifting our frame work around COVID toward one of gratitude. We used natural dyes from food to do this art healing session and learned how art can help us heal and allow us to express our thoughts and emotions.
Intentional Yoga
This session allowed us to intentionally connect with our mind, body, and spirit. We released stored tension by allowing our bodies to move and flow. This session was suitable for all levels!
Gratitude Meditation
This Gratitude Meditation Healing Session was designed to relax our mind and nervous system in order to allow our imagination to guide us to our most calm, balanced and rejuvenated self. We reflected on what we are grateful for and noticed all the places gratitude shows up for us. Using all five senses, participants were guided and encouraged to allow themselves to explore ideas, feelings, and let go of worry. Participants became more attuned and attentive to their “inner selves” as the noise of the day fell to the side. We set an intention at the beginning of the session, and reflected on how we felt after participating in this guided meditation.
Sound Healing
This meditation immersed us with the sound of various instruments. The vibrations and sounds promoted deep relaxation, meditation, and healing. Becoming as comfortable as possible in order to relax, release, restore and connect to our body in an inspiring way.
Clarifying Yoga
This session allowed us to experience a practice that promotes optimal spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional wellness. We experienced the power of sisterhood and the magic that happens when we unite. And allowed our body to move and flow, and reconnect with our being. This yoga class was suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa Flow
Jamilah crafted a mindful and yogic experience rooted in healing, self actualization and care. We reconnected with our body and mind as we flowed from one pose to the next. We created a safe space to care for our body, mind, and spirit. This healing session was suitable for all levels.
Prayer Circle
This session allowed us to join forces with our community to send love and light to those in need. We were intentional about releasing the past and striving to move forward as we entered the season of Fall.
Meditative Yoga
This session allowed us to intentionally connect with our mind, body, and spirit. We released stored tension by allowing our bodies to move and flow, while also partaking in meditation. This session was suitable for all levels!
Mindful Body Fitness
This session allowed us to refresh our bodies through dynamic movements. We learned about the importance of movement and maintaining an active lifestyle especially during the quarantine and experienced a workout crafted to restore the body. Trainer Heather believes in training the whole person through comprehensive, innovative, and specific programs that promote healthy lifestyle changes.
Paint and Sip
We expressed ourselves through art and allowed our creativity and inner thoughts to be expressed on the canvas. We worked with acrylic paint to discover new forms of healing through art.
Healing Through Dance
We discovered how dance can be healing to the body by releasing physical tension and anxiety through movement. Nia crafted a dance specific to the guests and we learned and performed it collectively. We were able to express ourselves freely through the art of dance, in the comfort of our own homes!
Ayurveda Wisdom
Anjali Deva led this Ayurvedic Wisdom for Resilience and Self-Care Healing Session. Ayurveda, a holistic science from India, taught us how to balance the mind, body, and spirit through practices of self-care including food and lifestyle changes. We learn about our unique and individual needs for better digestive, immune and emotional health.
Yang-Yin Yoga
This steady flow practice was designed to move circulation and awaken energy pathways, and follow with a restorative Yin practice intended to calm the mind and tap deep into our breathing. This class was for all levels, and Laura offered modifications throughout.
Flip The Script
Nia led the group through a series of fun writing exercises to identify current scripts we were living by, made some edits and crafted a new version in alignment with the life we wanted to create and ultimately live!

This intentional practice was designed to help participants find deep relaxation and connect to their bodies in an inspiring way.
Chakra Balancing
We discovered our body’s powerful energy centers and harnessed their power in this engaging workshop. We uncovered practices and principles that help release outdated or negative energy and re-attune us with our true nature. We covered the basic functions of all 7 chakras and explored how to realign each one. We cleared energy that is no longer serving us. And focused on enhancing our energy spaces to help us feel more balanced, purposeful and peaceful in our life.
Storytelling
This class introduced students to the therapeutic and powerful art of storytelling. Participants began to learn how to craft an engaging piece based on their personal experiences, with the intention of reading their story to a live audience someday. The craft of storytelling invited the artist to reclaim their most impactful experiences and help process them through their writing. Participants in this class did some short in-class writing exercises, with the option to share with the group in a safe space.
